In Home Mat Pilates.

My in‑home Pilates sessions offer a grounded, personalized movement experience designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your own body. I am trained through STOTT Merrithew, an internationally recognized Pilates education program known for its emphasis on alignment, anatomy, and evidence‑informed movement.

I was first drawn to Pilates after the birth of my second child left me feeling weak, uncomfortable, and frustrated with my body. Pilates helped me rebuild strength, reconnect with my core, and feel at home in myself again. That experience shapes how I teach today: meeting your body where it is and building on that with care, curiosity, and intention.

I offer private one‑on‑one sessions as well as small group classes for up to six people. Group sessions can also be booked for special occasions such as a fun weekend brunch, a birthday gathering, or a mama get‑together. Whether you’re looking for ongoing weekly sessions or a one‑time reset, each class is tailored to your goals, energy, and season of life. All you need is a mat and a bit of space; I bring the guidance, props, and structure.

During one‑on‑one sessions, I can conduct a postural assessment to understand your movement patterns and customize your routine based on your body’s needs. We work on improving alignment, addressing weaknesses, helping certain muscles relax, and encouraging others to turn on. Many of us develop habits in our daily lives that limit our mobility and contribute to discomfort. Pilates helps unwind those patterns by strengthening underused muscles, releasing overworked ones, and restoring balance so your body can move the way it’s meant to.

In each session, we move through the biomechanical principles of Pilates, coordinating each exercise with the breath, initiating from the core, and exploring the full range of spinal movement your body is designed for. My approach is accessible, form‑focused, and adaptable for beginners, returning movers, and those managing chronic conditions or rebuilding strength. I draw from my background as a Registered Dietitian, Pilates instructor, and caregiver to create a supportive environment where you can reconnect with your body and feel more capable in your everyday life.
